ATTORNEY AT LAW MALLORI J. GATES

Mallori J. Gates was born and raised in McMinn County, Tennessee.  After graduating from McMinn Central High School in 2011, she attended Maryville College where she earned her Bachelor's of Arts degree in Business Management with a Minor in Accounting in May of 2015.  In order to reduce her time in school by two years, Mallori enrolled in a dual degree program which allowed her to earn her Master's in Business Administration with a Management Accounting Specialization from Jacksonville University while also earning her Juris Doctor from Florida Coastal School of Law.  Once licensed to practice law in Florida, she began her legal career as an Assistant Staff Attorney for the Brevard County, Florida, Clerk of the Circuit Court.  

Missing the Tennessee charm and the sense of community, she returned to the McMinn/Monroe County, Tennessee, area in August of 2020. While awaiting her Tennessee law license, she held a position as a title searcher with a local title company.  The knowledge she gained during her time in the title industry is now a valuable asset for her law practice.  Shortly after earning her license to practice law in Tennessee, she took a position with a local firm before deciding to open her own law office.  Now, she is proudly serving the residents of Monroe and surrounding counties.  Mallori J. Gates, Attorney at Law, is a general law office providing legal services in various areas of law, including but not limited to, Real Estate, Wills & Estates, Business and Civil Litigation.
