If you have YouTube videos already on your own YouTube Channel, if you can provide me the video file, I will upload to my Vimeo for hosting inside virtual tour(s). Otherwise, the only Vimeo hosting I provide is for 4K business video productions which I create for your Premium Listing and for Video Advertising in virtual tours. The purpose of this policy of video ownership and control prevents videos from being deleted and becoming nonfunctional on our webpages and inside virtual tours decreasing usefulness of the Directory.

Coupons. We will optionally create a coupon/special offer which can be listed on your Premium Listing and featured on the Coupons page of the Directory. The Coupons feature is NOT available to Quick Listing advertisers. When these exclusive Directory coupons are presented at your business, you have a verifiable and measurable strategy for determining performance.
Cross-Promotion Development. Do you see other Premium Listed businesses you think a cross-promotion program will be beneficial to both of you? If so, as a Premium Listing advertiser we can function as your "Cross-Promotion Representative" or negotiator to help the two of you to develop a cross-promotion that may help each of you to acquire new business you probably wouldn't have generated otherwise. Social Media Management: Seven posts a week on various social media with links, custom graphics, more. $200 a month.

Logo Design: This service starts at $100. Includes one revision. Any additional revisions $30 each. Other Graphic Design for t-shirts and other promotional products, exterior store signs, graphics for websites, billboards, social media and more. The graphic design I do for my customers and clients are custom and unique for each customer. I do NOT use stock graphics which may be the very same your competitors are using. 360° PHOTOGRAPHERS WANTED

You must be based in Chattanooga, Knoxville, Huntsville or Charlotte. I cover all areas between Chattanooga and Knoxville. Be willing to accept shoots within 50 miles of your permanent address as determined by Google maps. You will be using your own INSTA360X4 360° camera. You must have a camera pole or stick which may place the camera between 10' to 15' above the ground for exterior "aerial" views of single-story buildings. You should already be a licensed professional photographer who understands exposure triangle, color theory, contrast, High Dynamic Range processing, etc., to ensure success and long lasting business relationship. Even though we will do all your processing after you upload the files to us, we need actual photographers who understand modern digital photography to help ensure we create the best 360° images for our customers and clients.

If you shoot still photography with sharp images at least 24 megapixel count with pro lenses and can provide 4K video files we can accept those files as well. Wireless microphones when doing interviews with no wind or other audio distortions pay more. Final video productions we produce and host never reach 3 minutes.
